To help me on my fitness quest, my sisters and I went to the running store when they were in town. Mel helped me pick out these beauties. I've only worn them once, but I'm sure they helped me run faster. Now if I could just figure out the best time to run ... Matt leaves for work at 5:30 every morning and there's no way I'm getting up to go before he leaves. When he gets home from work, it's time for dinner and then we have a little family time ... So when do I run??

You buy a jogger stroller.
Check Craigslist.
I will tell you this, don't buy a treadmill thinking it will be easier to get some exercise when the kids (in my case) are napping or otherwise occupied. :) It's just a big guilt complex I get to live with everyday looking at it! :)
I love the shoes very nice.
What kind are they? Brooks? Looks like you have to get a jogging stroller - get a BOB. They rock.
Go in the morning before you get dressed that way you can come home and get dressed for the day. But do it right after you feed her that way she doesnt fus on the way. Buy a baby jogger, i love mine and it had saved my exercise life. I use it almost every day.
Feel free to borrow my jogging stroller (for the next couple months anyway). I love that thing. I have used it every day (minus a few in July and August when it's still hot at 6:30 in the morning) since Tyler was about 6 weeks old. He's finally too big for me to push around in that thing (okay, okay, really I'm too big to push that thing), but I swear by starting them early. In all the three years I've run with him in it, he has NEVER once cried or complained. It was just a part of daily routine. I also have the perfect car seat cover thingy that fits into the stroller so you can still run when it's cold. I ran with Tyler in the winter and spring in New York with it.
Well, that's my two cents!
