no more excuses

I was given a clean bill of health yesterday. I've been saying that I would go running, if only the doctor would let me. Now I don't have any excuses and actually have to do something about losing this baby weight. Enter my training schedule, stolen from Runner's World.



It's a five-week plan to run a 5K. I don't actually anticipate running a 5K in five weeks, but I could if I wanted.

At first I thought those were miles, but then I realized it's probably minutes. I'm still impressed though.

I want to know if you actually keep that schedule. I was really, really bad at doing what my schedule kept nagging at me to do.

Yippee for you! I will not be nearly as motiviated -- I can guarantee it! I already told mom that if we do family pictures when everyone is here for the holiday that I'm wearing solid black and want to be in the very back! :) Good Luck with the schedule! You are my hero! (Right now I would just like to have my bladder back!)
