My sister competed in her first triathlon yesterday. Here's how she did. Congrats Mel on finishing WAY under your goal time of two hours! {And an even bigger congrats on not falling off your bike, although that would have made for a much more interesting blog post!}

How luck am I to have a sister that brags about me! She's pretty cool herself....she came all the way to Boston last year to watch me run the marathon. And, she (and Meggie) made special shirts w/ my pic to cheer me on!
