Good News: Matt met another one of our neighbors last night.
Bad News: It was at 12:30am, to ask him to stop practicing his drums.

I sure am glad that I didn't hear it! Least he was cool about it and I'm glad that you didn't have to hit 'SEND' on your phone to call 911!
