I just saw this for the first time this morning. It's like Digg, but for women. Basically, sites are submitted by anyone and then, as it is recommended by other users, that site moves up the popularity list. I think it's a great way to see what's going on on the interweb without having to sift through all the techie sites Digg features.

I'm going to check it out today and wanted to pass along the find.
